If you wish to cancel your meetup, please inform us 1 day before. Your item will be confiscated and resold if not informed
A fine of $1 will be charged for every 5 minutes late and we will only wait till maximum 30 minutes then leave
Please make payment before I can send in the order unless it is instocks
DO NOT SCAM cause we don't
Backing out after confirming orders - BLACKLIST
If my supplier goes MIA, you will NOT get a refund
We will refund you full amount paid if your pre-order is OOS
Waiting time is around not fixed, our items are from everywhere, other countries take different timings, if you don't wish to wait, don't order
We SHIP WORLDWIDE. Please email starberrylatte@gmail.com to ask for pricing at different countries.
Pictures and stocks might have slight colour differences because of lightings but it wouldn't be much of a difference, please understand!
Strictly NO refund and exchange of goods once out of our hands
Your overseas order sometimes can be delayed due to bad shipping conditions from the country
If you were to cancel your order after I deposit the money to my supplier, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE
